By effectively implementing lean manufacturing techniques, MEDRAD has created a viable local production operation that features two cleanroom facilities for sterile disposables and one electro-mechanical manufacturing plant. The company's highly precise and reliable devices help to improve the quality of healthcare in over 85 countries.

MEDRAD has been honored with numerous manufacturing excellence awards including the Association for Manufacturing Excellence's National Award (2008), Industry Week's Best Plant award (2007), and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (2003).
