Mon Aimee Chocolat is a national award-winning specialty chocolate shop offering chocolate from over 40 countries in the heart of The Strip District, featuring direct trade, fair trade, and equitrade organic and sustainable chocolate. We have close relationships with premium chocolate manufacturers and artisan chocolatiers that work closely to protect and ensure the future of cacao trees, plantations, and farmers around the world. We attend seminars, and trade shows domestically and internationally including Slow Food seminars in Italy, and hold educational tastings and talks at Mon Aimee Chocolat to teach customers about the importance of preserving the identity of chocolate.

Mon Aimee Chocolat, a woman owned small business, works exclusively with many world-renowned chocolatiers and pastry chefs. A few of our specialty products include Fran's Gray and Smoked Sea Salt Caramels, Single Origin Chocolate from various chocolatiers, allergen free chocolate, and decadent local truffles. We are the distributor for one of the United States first chocolate manufacturers that is still privately owned-Guittard Chocolate, that we have learned a tremendous amount of information that we love to share.
